Balochs & the democratic forces, all over the world, were shocked to know about the arrest & interrogation of a Baloch Political activist, "Mr Hair Biyar Marri" by British Police.
He is, at presently, takan refugee in London due to undiscriminate arrests and assasination of Balochs by Pakistani Military. Mr. Hair Biyar was threatened to be killed by ISI of Pakistan, in London. Recently, his brother, "Mir Balaach Marri" was martyred by Military in Pakistan, alongwith many other Balochs.
Pakistani Military dictators are leaving no stone unturned to harm their own citizens, especially Balochs, who are the staunch political opponents of the present military establishment. In the cover of present political turmoil, Pakistani Military has launched a massive attack on Balochs in Dasht, Makuran, Kohlu, Dera-bugti, Khuzdar, Noushik and in whole of Balochistan. Balochs are at run but to save their lives, they use their right of self-defence. Pakistani Military, on the other hand, has a soft corner in hearts for Talibans, who are being encourged to cross border & bleed NATO/ISAF/AFGHAN forces.
Balochs are neither Talibans nor Al-quida, but they are the friends of democratic forces, who demand their civil rights, the owner-ship of their land, coast and mineral resources which can be achieved - only after getting their "right of self-determination."
Balochs are suffering since March, 1948, after the illegal occupation of Balochistan by Pakistan. For the last 3 years, eight thousand Balochs were picked by ISI and they are missing. Thousands of men, women & children have been killed by Pro.talibani Pakistani Forces and their para-military, FC. Balochs are facing torture and extra-judicial executions. 150 000 Baloch have been displaced by brutal bombardment of Pakistani forces, which is continuing until filling this report.
Instead of ceasing brutal State terrorism & prelude a dialogue on the burning issues of Balochs, Pakistani Military has taken the torche to find-out the Baloch Political activists who have sought refuge in different countries of the world - to arrest them and hang them like Mr. Hair Biyar Marri.
In 21st century, Pakistani Military is misleading the western democracies to quell the democratic Baloch activists in the name of terrorism. The case of Mr. Hair Biyar Marri is one of them.
Balochs and the Political activists like Mr. Hair Biyar Marri are not terrorists but they are the victims of Pakistani State Terrorism. ISI of Pakistan has given the birth of Talibans, who bleed NATO forces in Afghanistan and in remuneration; Pakistani Army gets money & weapons and Cobra heli-copters from civilised world, including United States, to quell...Secular Balochs and not fundamentalist Talibans !!!!
Like other Political activists, Mr Hair Biyar Marri is the "prisoner of his conscience". Like other men of conscience, he keeps a deep sympathy for Balochs who are under State Terrorism of Pakistan. Mr. Hair Biyar Baloch is a distinguished political figure of not only Marri tribe but also of the whole Baloch nation and he should be consulted to solve the political problems in Balochistan and to avert the Talibani (Pakistani Jehadi) menace in Afghanistan.
Civilised world should stop Pakistani Military to commit the crimes of humanity in Balochistan. Appeasing Pakistani Military Generals shall never, ever result to cease Pakistani Talibani attacks on ISAF/NATO forces in Afghanistan.
It is requested that, please, use all your powers under your kind control that Mr. Hair Biyar Marri should be be given full protection in Great Britain, under United Nation`s Geneva Convention and under the rules and regulation of European Union because he shall face extra-Judicial execution in Pakistan.
As his life is in danger, even in the civilized world - United Kingdom - due to the threats by Intelligence Agencies of Pakistan, he may kindly be given "Police escort"...like Mr.Sulman Rushdi, a U.K. citizen.
