QUETTA: The building of the Election Commission (EC) office in Dalbandin and a vehicle parked there were damaged when some unidentified person hurled explosive material into the premises on Monday evening, Dalbandin police told APP on phone.
The building’s windows were smashed after the blast, however, no casualties or damage to election material was reported.
Police said person had hurled the explosives from a car and escaped from the scene. The police have cordoned off the area for searching the culprits soon after the blast. It also registered a case against unidentified miscreants and started investigation. |
