Dera Bugti, Feb 17, (PPI): Four security men died and another injured when a jeep carrying security forces personnel hit a landmine at Pir Koh area near Dera Bugti on Sunday. The personnel were on routine patrolling in the area, police said. One official was taken to hospital in critical condition.
Meanwhile spokesman of Baloch Republican Army claimed responsibility of the attack in a phone call to press agencies.

In another incident which occurred in Mano jan road. Baloch activists hurled a hand-grenade to the house of Mohammad Raiz in Mano Jna area. However no causality was reported in the incident.
Another powerful explosion took place near a primary school at Sabzal road area that was selected for polling station.
Two blasts were also reported in Kalat and Gashkor area of Awaran late on Saturday night. Bombs were planted near the girls schools that slightly damaged the buildings.
According to the local sources Baloch freedom fighter fired two rockets at Punjgur town late on Saturday night that landed and exploded close to a government boy’s high school. Sources said that Baloch activists also attacked a convoy of the Frontier Corps near Punjgur area. |
