QUETTA – April 3: BRA fighters have blown up a gas pipe from Pir koh which is one of the main gas supplying lines to Sui gas plant, reports coming from Balochistan Baloch freedom fighters have also blown up a rail track in Dera Allah yar where all train services has been halted.
Two soldiers were killed at point-blank range here on Wednesday. Baloch Liberation Army claimed responsibility for the incident. According to details, two soldiers going on foot near Almoo Chowk on Airport Road when two armed persons riding a motorcycle came close to them and opened indiscriminate fire with automatic weapons and escaped. As a result both died on the spot due to loss of excessive blood. Both succumbed to their injuries before getting any medical aid. Meanwhile, Beeberg Baloch, the spokesman of BLA called newspaper offices and said that activists of BLA gunned down two Army officers. Two people have been killed in a bomb blast in Jaffarabad District of Balochistan on Wednesday. Police said that the blast occurred in Bagar area of Suhbat area. The bomb was planted in a bicycle that went off killing a local landlord and his aide. Meanwhile, Pakistani security forces foiled a bid to blow up a bridge in Sangseela area near Dera Bugti by removing a bomb planted under a bridge. According to details, unknown persons planted 21-kg bomb under a bridge in Sangseela area near Dera Bugti. Meanwhile, three rockets fired by Baloch republican army (BRA) at the FC check post in Dera Bugti landed in side FC check posting causing heavy damage to their property and injuring several FC persons.
Hundreds of people have died in violence in Balochistan since the insurgency flared in late 2004. Baloch are fighting to free their lands from occupation, the war will continue until the last enemy solider is driven out from greater Balochistan according to BLA, and BRA spokes men. |
